Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Roobet. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Roobet platform, including the Casino, Sportsbook, and all associated financial services.

By registering an account, accessing the website, or utilizing your Iron Pouch, you (the “Player”, “User”, “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you reside in Canada, please read these Terms carefully as they contain important information regarding your legal rights, payment obligations, and dispute resolution.

1. Account Eligibility and Registration

1.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your specific Canadian province or territory of residence, to create an account and participate in real-money gaming.
1.2. Jurisdictional Compliance: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and playing on Roobet is legal in your specific jurisdiction.
1.3. Single Account Policy: Users are strictly permitted to open and operate only one (1) Roobet account. The creation of multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bypass limits will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

2. Financial Operations & The “Iron Pouch”

Your “Iron Pouch” serves as your central wallet on the Roobet platform. All financial transactions, whether involving cryptocurrency or fiat currency, are subject to the following conditions.

2.1. Supported Cryptocurrencies: Roobet natively supports and processes transactions in select digital assets, including but not limited to: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Ripple (XRP), Dogecoin (DOGE), and Litecoin (LTC).
2.2. Fiat to Crypto Purchases (CAD): Players utilizing traditional Canadian Dollars (CAD) via credit/debit cards or bank transfers acknowledge that they are executing a transaction to purchase cryptocurrency through Roobet’s integrated third-party payment providers. The purchased digital assets are subsequently credited to the User’s Iron Pouch.
2.3. Proof of Ownership: You may only deposit funds using payment methods, bank accounts, or cryptocurrency wallets that are registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or confiscated.

3. Withdrawal Policies & Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Roobet complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations to prevent illicit financial activities.

3.1. The 1x Rollover Requirement: Under our AML policy, all deposited funds must be wagered in full at least once (1x rollover) across our Casino or Sportsbook before any withdrawal request can be initiated or approved.
3.2. Withdrawal Destination: All withdrawals are processed primarily via cryptocurrency to the User’s personal crypto wallet.
3.3. User Liability for Wallet Addresses: When initiating a withdrawal, the User assumes total responsibility for entering the correct public wallet address and selecting the corresponding blockchain network. Roobet assumes zero liability and will not compensate for any funds lost, delayed, or destroyed due to the User providing an incorrect, incompatible, or invalid destination address.

4. Fees and Transaction Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits fluctuate based on the specific asset and network conditions, and are displayed in the Cashier section. The User agrees to the following official fee schedule:

4.1. Fiat Deposit Fees: A flat processing fee of 1% is applied to all successful fiat deposits utilized for the purchase of cryptocurrency on the platform.
4.2. Fiat Withdrawal Fees: Users are granted nine (9) fee-free fiat withdrawals within a rolling 30-day period. Commencing on the 10th fiat withdrawal within that same 30-day window, a 2% processing fee will be applied to the transaction.
4.3. Cryptocurrency Network Fees: Roobet does not impose internal platform fees for direct cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. However, the User is solely responsible for all standard “Network Fees” (miner/validator fees) required by the respective blockchain to process the transaction.

5. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

5.1. Right to Verify: To maintain regulatory compliance and platform security, Roobet reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time.
5.2. Required Documentation: This may include, but is not limited to, government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment methods used.
5.3. Account Restrictions: Roobet reserves the right to suspend account functionality, withhold withdrawals, or freeze the Iron Pouch balance until the requested KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

6. Prohibited Activities and Fair Play

Any engagement in the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

  • Utilizing bugs, exploits, or automated software (bots) to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Collusion, fraud, or money laundering activities.
  • Abusing bonuses or exploiting promotional systems.
  • Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.

Roobet reserves the right to void any winnings, cancel withdrawals, and permanently ban accounts found in violation of fair play policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Service Interruptions: Roobet is not liable for any losses incurred due to server disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or hardware failures on the User’s end.
7.2. Blockchain Volatility: The User acknowledges that cryptocurrency values are highly volatile. Roobet is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from the fluctuation of digital asset exchange rates.
7.3. Network Delays: Roobet is not liable for delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by external blockchain network congestion or third-party fiat processor downtimes.

8. Modifications to the Terms

Roobet reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the Roobet platform following such updates constitutes the User’s binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Contact and Dispute Resolution

If you have questions regarding these Terms, financial policies, or require assistance with your account, please contact our 24/7 Live Customer Support. In the event of a dispute, Roobet management will review the case based on internal server logs and transaction records, whose data shall be considered final and binding.
